FOR A . 87 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OFMCAMENNEYNORTH OF WEDINGTON DRIVE ; AMENDING THE ZONING DIST1LtbYi

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R78 - 4 described as follows :
The North ninety (90 ) feet of Lot Numbered Ten ( 10 ) in
the Turner - Faubus Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , as per plat of said addition on file in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex - Officio Recorder of
Washington County , Arkansas .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District to R- 2 , Medium
Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the neces -
sary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict here -
with are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
