DESCRIPTION OF THAT PORTION OF BIRCH AVENUE VACATED��]ftMM

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the legal description set forth in Section 1
of Ordinance No . 2345 is hereby amended to read as follows :
Beginning at a point five feet south of the
northeast corner of Lot 1 , Block 11 of Parker ' s
Plat of Valley View Acres ; thence in a south-
southeasterly direction along the west line of
lots 1 and 12 of Block 11 to a point 10 feet
north of the North right- of -way of the St . Louis
and San Francisco Railroad ; thence northeast to
the south line of lot 10 , Block 7 , thence North
along the west line of Lot 10 , Block 7 , to a point
40 feet due east from the point of beginning ; thence
40 feet west to the point of beginning .
