BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77 - 49 described as follows :
Part of the SW 1 / 4 of Section 3 , T- 16 - N , R- 30 -W ,
more particularly described as beginning at a point
300 ' North and 318 ' East of the Southwest corner of
the Southwest quarter of Section 3 ; thence West
100 ' ; thence North 375 ' ; thence East 150 ' ; thence in
a southwesterly direction approximately 375 ' to the
point of beginning , containing 1 . 076 acres , more or
less .
From R- 0 , Residential Office District to C - 2 , Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
