FOR A 10 . 0 ACRE TRACT LOCATED NORTH OF WILLOUGHBY R0 '�MLWES
OF CITY LAKE ROAD ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF"�AYLTMVILLE ,
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77 - 52 described as follows :
Part of Section 34 in T- 16 - N , R- 30 -W , and being more
particularly described as follows : to wit : Beginning
at a point which is 1122 . 40 feet West of the Northeast
Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 34 , and running , thence South 030 39 ' E 210 . 42
feet , thence East 496 . 83 ' thence South 2950 . 0 ' to
the North bank of the West fork of White River , thence
along said river bank Southwesterly 930 . 0 ' , more or less
to the West line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 34 , thence North 454 . 6 ' , thence
West 264 . 0 feet , thence North 3300 . 0 feet to the North
line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast quarter
of said Section 34 , thence East 461 . 60 ' to the point of
beginning , containing 74 . 62 acres , more or less .
From R- I , Low Density Residential District , to A- 1 ,
Agricultural District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed .
