THE ANNUAL AMOUNT PAYABLE FOR CURB LOADING ZONES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 19 - 131 ( c )_ of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
( c ) Any person desiring passenger or loading
or unloading zones may make application to the
traffic engineer and shall pay toIthe City $ 120 . 00 per
meter space , per year . `
