BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS+ IOp CNEI' CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 2= 82of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
Sec . 282 . Terms of Members .
Each member of the Planning Commission , unless appointed
to fill an unexpired term , shall be appointed to serve for a
term of four years .
Section 2 . All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
whrewith are hereby repealed .
