PURPOSES . - 00IT CLEftlt
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That net revenues from all off - street
parking lots set forth in Sec . 2 hereof are hereby pledged
for one year to be used to retire bonds to be issued by Off -
Street Parking Development District No . 1 of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas . Net revenues as used herein shall
mean gross revenues less the costs of operating and maintaining
said parking lots .
Section 2 . The pledged revenues shall be those net
revenues from all off- street parking lots in the following :
( a ) Block 13 of the original town plat of
Fayetteville , Arkansas .
(b ) Block 17 of the original town plat of
Fayetteville , Arkansas .
( c ) Block 26 of the original town plat of
Fayetteville , Arkansas .
( d ) Block 29 of the original town plat of
Fayetteville , Arkansas .
( e ) Block 30 of the original town plat of
Fayetteville , Arkansas .
( f ) Parking lot immediately south of the
Washington County Courthouse .
Section 3 . That the revenues shall be collected by the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and shall be paid over to
said Improvement District periodically , not less than quarterly .
Section 4 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 5 . That this ordinanace shall be in full force
and effect from and after January 1 , 1978 .
