AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRI$ED; J 1tEZ;0NING
1 PETITION NO . 77 - 44 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY THREE
ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF WEST TOWNSHIP ROAD
AND JOHNSON ROAD ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77 - 44 described as follows :
A part of the SE 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4 of Section 34 ,
in T- 17 - N , R- 30 -W , more particularly described as
follows , to -wit : Beginning at a point which is
33 rods and 10 feet West and 34 . 35 feet North of
the Southeast corner of said 40 acre tract , and
running thence North 86 1 / 4 40 ' East 231 feet ,
thence North 372 feet to an iron stake on the
south bank of a branch , thence in a Northwesterly
direction with the south bank of said branch to
an iron stake on the eastern boundary of the right -
of -way of the St . Louis and San- Francisco Railroad
Company , which is 660 feet North of the South
boundary line of said 40 acre tract , thence in a
Southerly direction with the eastern boundary of
said right - of -way 625 . 65 feet to the point of be -
ginning ;
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , to C - 2 , Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed . U�
