BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That Section 15 - 14 (g ) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows : (g ) Section 11 . 1 . 3 ( a ) of Chapter 11 of the Arkansas State Plumbing Code , as amended , referred to above [ Section 15 - 1 ] is hereby amended to read as follows : Section 11 . 1 . 3 . Piping in or under Concrete . Drains in or under concrete shall be of cast iron soil pipe or type ' K ' or ' L ' copper tubing . 101 Section 2 .
