A 3 . 0 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ARKANSAS
HIGHWAY 45 EAST AND ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 265 : AMENDING THE
TONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77 - 43 described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1 / 4 ) of the South-
east Quarter ( SE 1 / 4 ) of Section Two ( 2 ) , Township
Sixteen ( 16 ) North , Range Thirty ( 30 ) West and des -
cribed as follows : Beginning at the Northeast corner
of said 40 acre tract , run thence west 417 1 / 2 feet ,
thence south 313 feet , thence east 417 1 / 2 , thence
north 313 feet to the point of beginning . Three acres
more or less .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to C - 2 ,
Thoroughfare Commercial .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
