16 WEST ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77 - 41 described as follows :
A part of Section 7 T- 16 - N , R- 30 -W , being more parti -
cularly described as follows , to -wit : Beginning at a
point which is 2265 . 0 feet east and N 01 ° 32 ' W 1197 . 2
feet from the southwest corner of said section and run-
ning thence N Ol ° 32 ' W 462 . 90 feet ; thence N 89 ° 56 ' E
807 . 23 feet , thence S 10 ° 17 ' W 470 . 40 feet ; thence S
89 ° 56 ' W 710 . 86 feet , to the point of beginning . Con-
taining 8 . 0 acres , more or less .

Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
