38 , BEING A 1 . 5 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE
OF ARKA14SAS HIGHWAY 265 APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET SOUTH OF
ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 45 EAST ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77 - 38 described as follows :
Beginning at a point which is 838 feet South of the
Northeast corner of said 40 acre tract and running
thence South 177 feet ; thence West 417 feet and 4" ,
thence North 177 feet ; thence South 417 feet , and 4 "
to the place of beginning , containing one and one -
half ( 1 1 / 2 ) acres more or less being situated in
Washington County , Arkansas .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential , District , to C - 1 ,
Neighborhood Commercial , District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
