BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
\ FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
� \ Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
V described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77 - 34 , Tract 1 described as follows :
Part of the NW 1 / 4 , NE 1 / 4 , Section 19 , T- 16 - N ,
R- 30 - W , more particularly described as : Beginning
at a point on the North line of the right - of -way of
U . S . Highway 62 , which is North 390 West of a point on
the North line of the former right - of -way of the 0 . &
C . C . Railroad 50 feet North of the Southeast corner
of said 40 acre tract ; thence North 390 West with old
fence line 264 feet to corner with new fence ; thence
Westerly with said new fence line 210 feet ; thence
South bearing East with new fence line 256 feet to the
North line of the right - of-way of U . S . Highway 62 ;
thence in an Easterly direction with the North line
of said highway 298 feet to the beginning point , con -
taining 1 1 / 2 acres , more or less .
