AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 2347 TO AMEND THE
INITIAL TERM OF OFFICE , AND THE COMPOSITION OF THE NORTHWEST
ARKANSAS CULTURAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . Section 2 of Ordinance No . 2347 is hereby
amended to read as follows :
Section 2 . The Board shall consist of eleven ( 11 ) mem-
bers having three-year terms except as hereafter provi-
ded . Vacancies on the Board of Trustees shall be filled
by the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas .
Section 2 . Section - 3 ( a ) of Ordinance No . 2347 is hereby
amended to provide that the term of the initial Board of Trustees
shall be nine months , rather than one year .
