ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R 77- 33 F0f21PkC11PA1t ^ TRACT
OF LAND LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST MOUNTAIN STREET WEST OF
SOUTH SCHOOL AVENUE , AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
JBE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
v Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 33 described as follows :
Seventy-three ( 73 ) feet of equal and uniform width
off of the West side of the Southeast Quarter ( SE
1/4 ) of Block Numbered Twenty- three ( 23 ) in the
original plat of the Town ( now City) of Fayetteville .

C- 2 , Thoroughfare Commercial , District ,
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the necessary changes provided in
Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the time provided by law .
