AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDON`WGSW1V TE 1 PYPL4 LINE
EASEMENT ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY RICHARD R,, -ROGERS,.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DI ^, e 111

Section 1 . That the water pipe line easement recorded
at Book 458 , Page 135 in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas and more
particularly described as hereinafter set forth be , and the
same is hereby , vacated and abandoned :
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 15 , Township 16 North , Range 30 West , beginning
at a point which is 30 feet East and 28 feet South of the
center of said Section 15 ; and running thence South 52 degrees
East 244 feet to a pear tree ; thence South 57 degrees and
23 minutes East 100 feet ; thence curve to a point 50 feet
South and 20 feet West of the Northwest corner of Block 3 ,
with radius of 74 feet , thence North 50 feet ; thence curve
to the Southwest corner of Block 1 , with radius of 34 feet
6 inches in said plat of Rogers Place , thence North 120
feet ; thence West 380 feet ; thence South 13 feet to place
of beginning , as more fully described in Deed recorded in
Volume 355 at Page 564 of the Deed Records of said County ,
to which reference is here made for further description .
ALSO ;
Lot Three ( 3 ) in South View Addition to the City of Fayette-
ville , Arkansas , as per plat on file in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County ,
Arkansas , as more fully described in Deed recorded in Volume
419 at Page 62 of the Deed Records of said County , to which
reference is here made for further description .
