AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION 77 - 29 , BEING A
2 . 4 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF SKULL CREEK
AND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF POPLAR STREET ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 29 described as follows :
Lots 8 and 9 , Block 4 , Parker ' s Plat of Valley View
Acres , as per plat on file in the office of the
Circuit Clerk of Washington County , Arkansas .
From R- 2 , Medium Density Residential District , to I - 1 ,
Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
