AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R77 - 281 BEING A
12 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF JOYCE STREET
EAST OF OLD MISSOURI ROAD ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 28 described as follows :
Part of the NE/ 4 , NE/ 4 , Section 25 , Township 17 North ,
Range 30 West , being more particularly described as
beginning at the Northwest corner of said 40 acre tract
and running thence East 562 feet ; thence Souther 1320 feet ;
thence West 95 feet ; thence North 467 feet ; thence West
467 feet ; thence North 853 feet to the place of beginning ,
containing 12 acres , more or less . -
