AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FAYETTE-
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R77 - 22 , BEING A
OP51 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF OLD MISSOURI
ROAD APPROXIMATELY ONE-QUARTER MILE SOUTH OF ZION ROAD ; AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 22 described as follows :
Part of the SW/ 4 , SE/4 , Section 24 , Township 17 North , Range
30 West , and being more particularly described as follows ,
to-wit : Beginning at a point which is 612 . 23 feet North and
142 . 45 feet East of the Southwest corner of said 40 acre
