AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21- 26 ( f ) OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AMEND THE MONTHLY WHOLESALE SEWAGE RATE
FOR THE CITIES OF GREENLAND AND FARMINGTON TO PROVIDE THAT THE
RATES PRESCRIBED BY SAID SECTION ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE RATES
SPECIFIED IN THE CITY ' S CONTRACTS WITH SAID CITIES .
WHEREAS , the City ' s sewer service contracts with the
City of Farmington and the City of Greenland provide that the
rate for sewer service shall be $ . 65 per 1 , 000 gallons of water
metered to each residential and commercial premise , plus x. 10
per each 1 , 000 gallons system maintenance and improvements
charge ; and n
WHEREAS , Section 21- 26 ( f ) of the Fayetteville Coded ,`-

NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DHtHL�ORS �.
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :

Section 1 . That Section 21- 26 ( f ) of the FayettevillTE Code c
of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
( f ) Monthly wholesale sewage rate for the Cities
of Greenland , Farmington and Elkins . The monthly whole-
sale sewage rate for the Cities of Greenland and Farming-
ton shall be $ . 65 per 1 , 000 gallons of water metered to
each residential and commercial premises , plus $ . 10 per
1 , 000 gallons system maintenance and improvements charge .
The monthly wholesale sewage rate for the City of Elkins
shall be $ . 50 per 1 , 000 gallons of water metered to the
City of Elkins .
