AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CxTS(1:OFI� FAY " h15
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION "A
23 . 0 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED BETWEEN MEADOW AND ROCK STREETS
AND CHURCH AND COLLEGE AVENUES ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 27 described as follows :
All of Blocks 15 , 16 , 17 , 26 , 27 , 28 , 30 , 31 of the
Original Town Plat . Also , Lots 1 , 21 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 9 ,
10 , 11 , and 12 , Block 29 , Original Town Plat . Also ,
Lots A , B , Cr D , E , and F , Lipsey ' s Addition to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas . All in Section 16 ,
Township 16 North , Range 30 West .
From C- 3 , Central Commercial District , to C - 4 , Downtown
District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
