THE PROVISION FOF OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS PRESCRIBED THEREBY S
BE DESIGNATED AS SECTION A ( 4 ) OF ARTICLE III OF APPENDIX C TO THE
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance Number 2293 is
hereby amended to provide that the provision for off- site
improvements prescribed thereby shall be designated as Section
A ( 4 ) of Article III of Appendix C to the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances ,
