AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R77- 21 , BEING A
0 . 13 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH SCHOOL
AVENUE BETWEEN CENTER AND MEADOW STREETS ; AMENDING THE ZONING
DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
G BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 21 described as follows :
Part of the W/2 , NW/4 , Block 19 , Original Town of Fayette-
ville , described as : Beginning at a point 130 feet South
of the Northwest corner of said block and running thence
East 80 feet ; thence North 40 feet ; thence West 80 feet ;
thence South 40 feet to the place of beginning . Also a
perpetual easement and right of way over and across a
strip of land 9 feet wide extending from the East line
of School Street East a distance of 50 feet along and
adjoining the North line of the above described lot or
parcel of land , which strip of land is to be kept open and
used as a common driveway for the use and benefit of the
properties lying upon either side of and adjacent to said
driveway . Also , part of the W/2 , NW/ 4 , Block 19 , Original
Town of Fayetteville , described as : Beginning at a point
160 feet South of the Northwest corner of said block and
running thence East 80 feet ; thence North 30 feet ; thence
West 80 feet ; thence South 30 feet to the place of beginning ,
including a perpetual easement in the South wall of the
building on the lot lying North of and adjoining the above
described lot .
From R- 0 , Residential Office District , to C - 1 , Neighborhood
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the CityEbf
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the ,e ea ,
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate a ,
