BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 : That Article 6 of Appendix A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding Section [ XXVIII ] to read as follows : [ XXVIII ] Unit 28 . Center for collecting recyclable materials . [A] Description . Unit 28 is provided in order that centers for collecting recyclable materials may be located in appropriate commercial and industrial areas . [ B ] Included uses , Center for collecting reclycable materials . [ C] Off- street parking space requirements . One per 1 , 000 square feet of floor area . Section 2 . That Article 5 , Section [ VI ] [ C ] of Appendix A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following : Unit 28 - center for collecting recyclable' materials . Section 3 . That Article 5 , Section [VII ] [ C ] of Appendix A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following : Unit 28 - Center for collecting recyclable materials . Section 4 . That Article 5 , Section [ VII( a ) j [ C ] . of Appendix A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended .by adding the following : Unit 28 - Center for collecting recyclable materials . Section 5 .
