AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CfC�j ( E � E -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R77- 20 ,'4 t A
4 . 38 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF DINS
TRAIL APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET NORTHCF HIGHWAY 62 WEST ; AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 20 described as follows :
Part of the SW/ 4 , NW/ 4 , Section 19 , Township 16 North ,
Range 30 West , of the 5th Pe M . , County of Washington ,
more particularly described as follows , to-wit : Beginning
at a point which is 272 . 3 feet North of the Southwest
corner of the SW/4 , NW/4 , of said Section 19 , thence North
637 feet more or less to the intersection of a public road ;
thence along the centerline of said public road S 340 East
85 feet ; thence S 520 21 ' East 371 . 96 feet ; thence S 69 °
29 ' East 252 . 56 feet ; thence leaving centerline of road
S 610 44 ' West 384 . 05 feet ; thence S 740 West 250 feet to
the point of beginning and containing in all 4 . 38 acres ,
more or less .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , to R- 2 , Medium Density
Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
