OF RAZORBACK ROAD ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP O + FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 13 described as follows :
Part of the SE/ 4 , SE/ 4 , Section 17 , Township 16 North ,
Range 30 West , described as follows , to-wit : Beginning
at a point which is 792 feet East and 772 feet South
of the Northwest corner of said 40 acre tract , and
running thence West 111 feet ; thence South 218 feet ;
more or less , to the North line of U . S . Highway 62 ;
thence East with the North line of said highway 111
feet to a point due South of the beginning point ,
thence North 218 feet , more or less , to the point of
beginning .
From P- 1 , Institutional District , to C - 2 , Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended .to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate .the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in .conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
