AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CIT Y�CIP

VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R77- 14 , BEING A
, 78 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHERRY
LANE AND HIGHWAY 16 EAST ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 14 described as follows :
Part of the NW/ 4 , NE/4 , Section 23 , Township 16 North ,
Range 30 West , and more particularly described as
follows : Beginning at a point which is 20 feet East
and 298 feet South of the Northwest corner of said 40
acre tract , and running thence East 120 feet ; thence
South 285 feet , more or less , to the centerline of
State Highway No . 16 ; thence South 880 50 ' West 120
feet to a point due South of the beginning point ;
thence North 285 . 5 feet to the place of beginning .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to R- 2 ,
Medium Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
