BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article 9 , Section 6 of Appendix A
to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by
adding Paragraph (d ) to read as follows :
( d ) No application for a conditional use will
be considered by the Planning Commission within twelve
( 12 ) months from the date of final disapproval of a
proposed conditional use unless there is evidence of
changed conditions or new circumstances which justify
reconsideration submitted to the Planning Commission .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
