AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING FAYETTEVILLE SEWER IMPROa 'rF�T�{'r�ZCGU1iY
DISTRICT NUMBER 75 - 1 , ALMAKOLLNEYER
CIRCUIT rLERN
WHEREAS , Fayetteville Sewer Improvement District Number
75 - 1 was established by the Board of Directors on October 21 ,
1975 in response to a petition containing the requisite sig-
natures and requesting the formation of an improvement district
for the purpose of constructing a sanitary sewerage system
within the district ; and
WHEREAS , subsequent to the establishment of said district ,
a sanitary sewerage system has been constructed by private de -
velopers within the property contained in said district ; and
WHEREAS , the Commissioners of said district have requested
the Board of Directors to dissolve the district and have advised
the Board of Directors that the district has incurred no debts
and has no liabilities outstanding .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Fayetteville Sewer Improvement District
Number 75 - 1 be , and the same is hereby , dissolved .
Section 2 . That the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement
District Number 75 - 1 are hereby relieved from any and all further
duties .
