BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF Tlik �` WYE[?
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : CLERK
Section 1 . That the first paragraph ( entitled " Lot Width
Minimum" ) of Article 5 , Section IIID ) of Appendix A to the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the
following :
Lot within a mobile home park 50 feet
Section 2 . That the second paragraph ( entitled " Lot Area
Minimum" ) of Article 5 , Section III ( D ) of Appendix A to the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the
following :
Lot within a mobile home park 4 , 200 sq . feet
Section 3 . That the first paragraph ( entitled " Lot Width
Minimum" ) of Article 5 , Section IV ( D ) of Appendix A to the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the
following :
Lot within a mobile home park . 50 feet
Section 4 . That the second paragraph ( entitled " Lot Area
Minimum" ) of Article 5 , Section IV ( D ) of Appendix A to the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the
following :
Lot within a mobile home park 4 , 200 sq . feet
Section 5 . That Article 7 , Section 12 (A) of Appendix A to
the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding
Paragraph ( 2 ) to read as follows :
( 2 ) Dwelling Units . No single family , two family ,
or multi- family dwelling unit may be erected or placed
upon any lot within a mobile home park unless said lot
and dwelling meet all requirements of the zoning regu-
lations for such a dwelling in the zoning district
where the mobile home park is located .
Section 6 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in • conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
