BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R77- 5 described as follows :
TRACT 1 : Part of the NE/4 of the SE/ 4 of Section 2 , Township 16
North , Range 30 West , being more particularly described as follows ,
to-wit :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said forty acre tract and
running thence N 880 14 ' W , 988 feet ; thence N V 46 ' E , 988
feet ; thence S 88 ° 14 ' E , 988 feet ; thence S 01 ° 46 ' W , 988 feet
to the point of beginning , less and except that portion on the
South side embraced in State Highway 45 and that portion along
the East side , East of the West line of Arkansas State Highway
265 ,
From R- 11 Low Density Residental District to C -1 , Neighborhood.
Commercial District .
TRACT 2 : Part of the NE/ 4 of the SE/ 4 of Section 2 , Township
16— Nortf , Range 30 West , being more particularly described as
follows , to-wit : Beginning at the SW corner of said 40 acre
tract , and running thence N 01 ° 46 ' E 1320 feet ; thence East
to the West line of Highway 265 ; thence S 0 ° 56 ' W , along the
West line of Highway 265 to a point 988 feet North of the South
line of said forty acre tract , thence West to a point 988 feet
West of the East line of said forty acre tract , thence S 010
40 ' W to the South line of said forty acre tract , thence N 880
14 ' W , to the point of beginning , less and except that portion

Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
