BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the effective date of the 1 % Hotel and
Restaurant Gross Receipts Tax levied by Section 1 of Ordinance
Number 2310 be , and the same is hereby , changed from April 1 ,
1977 to June 1 , 1977 .
