LARGE SITES , AS USES ON APPEAL TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION IN
I - 1 , HEAVY COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL , ZONING DISTRICTS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article 5 , Section VIII [ B ] of Appendix
A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended
by deleting Use Unit 20 , Commercial Recreation : Large Sites ,
therefrom .
Section 2 . That Article 5 , Section VIII [ C ] of Appendix
A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by
adding the following :
Unit 19 - Commercial Recreation .
Unit 20 - Commercial Recreation : Large Sites ,
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
