BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY' OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance Number 2283 is
hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the
following described property be , and is hereby , changed
as follows :
R76 - 32 described as follows :
The East Four-Fifths ( E - 4/ 5 ) of the Southeast Quarter
( SE/4 ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/ 4 ) of the Southwest
Quarter ( SW/ 4 ) of Section Seventeen ( 17 ) , Township
Sixteen ( 16 ) North , Range Thirty ( 30 ) West , containing
eight ( 8 ) acres , more or less ,
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to R- 21
Medium Density Residential District.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
