AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT-
OF-WAY ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF OLD MISSOURI ROAD ADJACENT TO
ROLLING MEADOWS SUBDIVISION , PHASE I .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby accepts
and confirms the dedication of street right-of-way along the
West side of Old Missouri Road adjacent to Rolling Meadows
Subdivision , Phase I . A copy of said dedication , marked Exhibit
" A" , is attached hereto and made a part here

That I . Ralph E . Stubblefield , for and in consideration of the sum o` One
Dollar ($ 1 : 00 ) and other good and valuable considerations , to it in hand paid by
the City o` Fayetteville , Arkansas , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged ,
has granted and dedicated , and by these presents does hereby grant to and
dedicate for the public use forever as a public street the following lands and
real estate situated in the County of Washington and State of Arkansas , and
City of Fayetteville , as follows :
Part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 /4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4 )
of Section 36 , T- 17- N , R-30-W, Fayetteville , Washington County , Arkansas ,
more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said NE 1 /4 of the NW 1 /4
and the centerline of the existing Old Missouri Road; thence N 8829 ' 40 " W ,
30 . 3 feet; thence N 06026 ' E, 688 . 0 feet; thence N 05056' E , 450 . 3 feet; thence
N 12 °01 ' 51 " E , 94 . 2 feet; thence S 88 °21E , 30 . 3 feet to the existing centerline
of Old Missouri Road; thence S 12 °01 ' 51 " W , 96 . 67 feet along said centerline;
thence S 05 ° 56' W, 460 . 3 feet along said centerline; thence S 0626' W, 685 . 4
feet along said centerline to the point of beginning , containing 0 . 86 acres .
The City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , by accepting this dedication , obligates
itself to forever preserve and use the property herein dedicated for the purpose
above set forth , and no other .
