AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF ROLLING MEADOWS
SUBDIVISION , PHASE I ; AND ACCEPTING AND CONFIRMING THE DEDICATION
OF STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENTS THEREIN .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby approves
the final plat of Rolling Meadows Subdivision , Phase I . A copy
of said plat , marked Exhibit " A " , is attached hereto and made a
part hereof .
Section 2 . That the Board of Directors hereby accepts and
confirms the dedication of street and utility easements shown on
the final plat of Rolling Meadows Subdivision , Phase I .
