AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FAYETTE -
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R76 - 29 , BEING A
3 . 14 ACRE TRACT OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 62 WEST BETWEEN
SMOKE HOUSE TRAIL AND HOOT OWL LANE ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .

E/ 2 of the SW/ 4 of the SE/4 of Section 24 , Township cl)6 -
North , Range 31 West , being more particularly described as
follows , to-wit : Beginning at the SW corner of said E/2 of
the NW/ 4 , SE/ 4 , and running thence North 187 feet ; thence
East 264 feet ; thence South 517 feet ; thence West 264 feet ;
thence North 330 feet to the point of beginning , containing
3 . 14 acres , more or less . Less and except 15 feet of equal
and uniform width off the East side of the south 330 feet
thereof , which has been granted as an easement for a roadway .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , to R- 1 , Low Density
Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
