AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF THE OlpggQ !LQ Y

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS O@fRaMEOF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . It shall be unlawful for any person to place
or cause to be placed upon the official city flag advertising
material of any nature whatsoever .
Section 2 . It shall be unlawful for any person to sell ,
offer for sale , or have in his possession an official city
flag on which is placed advertising material of any nature
whatsoever .
Section 3 . It shall be unlawful for any person to in any
manner mutilate or deface the official city flag .
Section 4 . It shall be unlawful for any person to publicly
exhibit contempt by word or act for the official city flag .
Section 5 . Any person violating a provision of this ordinance
shall be punished by a fine of not more than $ 100 . 00 .
