BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76 - 27 described as follows :
Part of the Fractional NW/ 4 SW/4 , Section 7 , Township
16 North , Range 30 West , being more particularly described
as follows : beginning at a point 799 . 8 feet North of the
SE corner of said fractional 40 . acre tract and running
thence North 89 ° 12 ' West 502 . 05 feet ; thence 520 . .73 feet
to the South right of way of State Highway 16 ; thence
South 89 ° 12 ' East along the South right of way of said
State Highway 16 330 feet to a point where said South
right of way intersects the West boundary line of the old
K . C . & M . Railroad right of way , thence South 180 45 '
East along said old railroad right of way , 535 . 19 feet
to the East line of said fractional 40 acre tract ; thence
South 16 . 30 feet to the point of beginning , containing
5 acres , more or less .

Office District ,
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
