BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and abandons all the interest of the City of Fayetteville , and of the public generally , to that property described in an easement granted by Rhoda B . Mhoon , a copy of which , marked Exhibit "A " is attached hereto and made a part hereof and to that property described in an easement granted by James Shuler and Wanda Shuler , a copy of which , marked Exhibit " B " , is attached hereto and made a part hereof .
