VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION lr0tL2(45„feOCATED
EAST OF GARLAND AVENUE , NORTH OF CATO SPRINGS ROAD , AND SOUTH OF
PETTIGREW STREET ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76- 24 described as follows :
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 21 , Township 16 North , Range 30 West , and
being more particularly described as follows , to-wit :
Beginning at a point which 235 feet North of the SW
corner of said 40 acre tract , and running thence North
90 feet ; thence East 440 feet , more or less , to a point
which is 550 feet East and North 18 ° 26 ' W 347 . 8 feet
from the SW corner of said 40 acre tract , thence S 180
26 ' E 59 . 8 feet ; thence South 12 ° 30 ' W 35 feet , more
or less , to the NE corner of a tract of land sold to
Ardean Fallwell , et ux in Book 887 at Page 97 of the
records of Washington County , Arkansas , thence West 450
feet , more or less , to the point of beginning .
From I - 1 , Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial to R- 1 ,
Low Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
