AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12 - 2 OF THE FAYEWf/31+URK
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ESTABLISH A HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS
AND APPEALS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 12 - 2 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following :
Section 106 . 1 is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 106 . 1 - Appointment .
There is hereby established a board to be called
the Housing Board of Adjustments and Appeals which shall
consist of the five ( 5 ) members comprising the Building
Board of Adjustments and Appeals .
Section 2 . That Section 12 - 3 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby repealed .
