AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CFE-
VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION R7 ]ITS
PROPERTY BEING LOCATED WEST OF NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE , NORTH OF
TOWNSHIP ROAD , AND SOUTH OF VILLA MOBILE HOME PARK ; AMENDING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76- 22 described as follows :
Part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
35 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West , described as be-
ginning at a point that is 347 . 30 feet North and 1 , 220
feet East of the SW corner of said 80 acre tract , and
running thence North 872 . 7 feet . to the South line of a
40 acre tract retained by Barbara Lucille Nettleship
Johnson , thence East 720 feet to the center of the Old
County Road , thence South with the center of said road
100 feet , more or less to a point which is 300 feet West
of the West right of way line of U . S . Highway 71B , thence
running Southwesterly in a line which is 300 feet equi -
distant from said West right of way of U . S . Highway 71B
to a point which lies due East of the point of beginning ,
thence West 386 feet , more or less to the point of beginning .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , to R- 0 , Residential ,
Office District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after . the time provided by law .
