BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76 - 19 described as follows :
Part of the Fr . NE/ 4 of Section 4 , Township 16 North ,
Range 30 West , and a part of the SW/4 of the SW/4 of
Section 35 , Township 17 North , Range 30 West , and part
of the SE/4 of the SE/4 of Section 34 , Township 17 North ,
Range 30 West , described as beginning at a point which is
621 . 69 feet West of the NE corner of said Fr . NE/ 4 of Section
4 , and thence South 186 . 0 feet ; thence S 87 ° 07115 " E , 203 . 54
feet ; thence N 00 ° 04 ' 20 " E , 221 . 2 feet to point in Section
35 on the South line of Township Street ; thence N 87 ° 12 ' 44 "
W with said South line of Township Street 203 . 85 feet to
a point in Section 34 , and thence South to the Township and
Section line 35 . 20 feet to the place of beginning .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to C - 2 ,
Thoroughfare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
