THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSA41UDU?CG 'EQTHER
PURPOSES . CIRCUIT CLERK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R75 - 32 described as follows :
Lots 7 and 8 of the Re-plat of Lots 11 through 16 ,
inclusive , of University Acres Subdivision to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as per plat of said
Subdivision on file in the Office of the Circuit
Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County ,
Arkansas .
From R= 1 , Low Density Residential District , to R- 2 ,
Medium Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
