WHEREAS , the Fayetteville Board of Directors has heretofore
named John Lewis as one of the Commissioners to comprise a Board
of Improvement for Fayetteville Street Improvement District
Number 76 - 1 ; and
WHEREAS , John Lewis has declined to serve on said board
because of the possibility of a future conflict of interest .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Hugh Kincaid is hereby appointed to the
Board of Improvement of Fayetteville Street Improvement District
Number 76 - 1 to replace John Lewis .
