Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76 - 17 described as follows :
Part of the NE/ 4 of the NW/ 4 of Section 20 , Township
16 North , Range 30 West , Fayetteville , Washington
County , Arkansas , being more particularly described as
follows : Beginning at a point which is N88053 ' W
25 . 0 feet and N 0019 ' E 450 . 0 feet from the SE corner
of the NE/4 of the NW/4 of said Section 20 , said point
of beginning beingon the West right-of -way line of
Beechwood Avenue ; thence N 88153 ' W 811 . 39 feet ; thence
N 0019 ' E 110 feet more or less to the centerline of
the existing railroad spur ; thence Northeasterly along
said centerline to the West right-of -way line of
Beechwood Avenue ; thence S 14 ° 01137 " E 50 . 45 feet along
said right-of-way ; thence S 0 ° 19 ' W 635 . 48 feet along
said right-of-way to the point of beginning .

to I - 2 , General Industrial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne -
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
