BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the rights of the City of Fayetteville ,
and the rights of the public generally , over , under , across ,
and above the following described easement be , and the same
are hereby , vacated .
Ten ( 10 ) feet of equal and uniform width
along the South side of Lot 4 , Block 1 of
Oakland Hills Addition to the City of
Fayetteville , less and except the Eastern-
most ten ( 10 ) feet thereof .
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
