VILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITIONgg,76 `'1'S'; DING
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSA� ; : , AND FOR;( 6THER
PURPOSES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R76 - 15 described as follows :
Part of the W/2 of the Fractional NW/ 4 of Section 7 ,
Township 16 North , Range 30 West , being more parti-
cularly described as follows , to-wit : Beginning at
a point on the North right-of-way of Highway 16 West ,
said point being 1221 . 99 feet West and 78 . 4 feet North
of the SE corner of said W/2 of the Fractional NW/4 of
said section and running thence North 1320 feet ; thence
East 660 feet ; thence South 1320 feet to the North right-
of-way of Highway 16 West ; thence West along Highway
right-of-way 660 feet to the point of beginning , con-
taining 20 acres , more or less .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , to R- 2 , Medium Density
Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law( .
