THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ;- "Agri FORMTHER
PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R 76 - 6 described as follows :
Lands in Lot Three ( 3 ) , County Court Plat of the Southeast
Quarter ( SE/4 ) of the Southwest Quarter ( SW/ 4 ) of Section
16 , Township 16 North , Range 30 West , Washington County ,
Arkansas .
From I - 1 , Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial District ,
to R- 3 , High Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the ne-
cessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
